Chassis No 761645BW

Details
This very original example is said to drive very well indeed and does sound wonderful. It has been in the last owners hands for 38 years and has seen limited but regular use. It is equipped with the three speed automatic transmission, 3.4 XK engine, stainless steel exhaust, factor steel sunroof.

Finished in duo-tone grey with the original red leather interior, the car is described as being very sound and has been maintained, throughout the last ownership, by Napiers of East London, who are said to have records of the works.

Very usable as is, because it drives so well, but would benefit from some cosmetic improvement.

Estimate £6500-90000

Spam prevention question (must be answered):
The father of jokes about warm beer and smoke escaping from wires is Joseph Lucas. Lucas died of typhoid after drinking infected water in Naples in 1902.

What disease did Lucas succumb to?
