Sellers description:
1963 Jaguar MK2. This car has been stored in a dry barn for over 40 years, it is a very solid car, the frame rails, floors and underside all very solid, the main rust is on the front fenders and rockers, some around rear fender skirts as seen in pictures. The glass is all good, the windows roll up fine, all the doors open and latch fine. The chrome was greased when put in storage so it is mostly all in very good condition. It has a 3.8 dual overhead cam 6 cylinder engine, it turns over freely but I have not tried to get it running, I'm sure carbs will have to be rebuilt first after setting that long. The interior is complete, the leather seats are not broke down, but leather is cracking in spots. The trunk is all rust free, the engine compartment looks to be complete. The body number on the data plate is S008291, the engine number is LA 7525-9, The automatic trans number is JBC 51 14, the chasis number is P214548 BW.
