since.It is an interesting car with right hand drive, 4 wheel disc brakes,power steering,and a retractable canvas roof with a cool tinted visor. All this appears to be factory equipment including the roof. The interior has some moisture and mildew damage but the seats look suprisingly decent. The steering wheel plastic coating has deteriorated and fallen off. The body has surface rust spots and does show signs of previous repairs.There are no large holes mostly pitting or small perforations. The floors, frame, and trunk look very solid and original. There is a dent near the grill shell. The car is 98% complete. The only things I see missing are 3 hubcaps, a tailight lens, and the driveshaft which was misplaced after a tow. The motor turns easily and is not seized. I have a clear N.J. title.
