Car on Ohio Craigslist:

youngstown.craigslist.org/cto/d/berlin-center-1965-jaguar-type-38-4/7620481547.h ...

1965 jaguar s-type

VIN: P1B75714BW

$22,900 (Berlin Center, OH)

condition: good

cylinders: 6 cylinders

drive: rwd

fuel: gas

odometer: 22322

paint color: green

size: full-size

title status: clean

transmission: automatic

type: coupe

Glad to present here one of the few rare left in this condition, with the real mileage and 40th anniversary S-type winner !

Came with original 1-st owner service manual, original purchase receipt and plenty more available, service records, dated back from 9/15/64 till today !

Jaguar Heritage Trust Certificate, and original Sales Brochure, also included. Clean Title !

The paint is not in perfect condition because of aging, but it may need a full paint job done down the road.

For this Age the Body is Solid all over with NO rust or damages, and fully professional undercoated at dealer shop.

I think there some wrong with the carburetors, because it won't stay in idle till warms up a bit, and also it doesn't show much power when to go high speed.

That's why I have purchased a brand new carburetors rebuild kit for that issue, but I think may need a pro to change them.

Also, there a lots of new parts in it: new steering linkages, all 4 door seals, valves cap gaskets and seals, transmission seals, timing cap gasket and seals, spark plugs wiring, both exhausts pipes and mufflers and more...

The tool bag is there and more original new parts available, some ordered from England which will stay with the car.

AC stop working, I think that will not be a big problem to be fixed or probably just need recharged.

The driver seat cushion got some cracks because of aging, that it can be ordered with no problem also.

Paul's link didn't work so I updated it. Hopefully it will work now.

Spam prevention question (must be answered):
The father of jokes about warm beer and smoke escaping from wires is Joseph Lucas. Lucas died of typhoid after drinking infected water in Naples in 1902.

What disease did Lucas succumb to?
