Current bid $12,855.00
Reserve price not met 3 bids 6 days left in auction, buy it now price $26,500. Car now said to be in Marina Del Rey, California.

Sellers description:
Chequered Flag International Inc is pleased to offer this 1967 Jaguar 340 MK II sedan in Willow Green with Black Ambla interior. California car from new still retaining both its original Black California license plates. 111,915 miles. Original paint with lovely patina - to repaint it would be a sacreligious act. Very nice original interior, we couln't resist refinishing the dash, allthough it cost around $2k! All matching numbers (engine# KJ10907-8). Mechanically good and delightful to drive - strong engine, smooth transmission, good steering and brakes. Comes with its original books and registrations going back to when it was first sold.
This is a superb, last incarnation MK II - hard to find such a lovely well cared for specimen these days, wire wheels are a little unusual in the later cars too. Drive it or collect it - you can't go wrong! Inspections encouraged, all sales as-is. Sales tax and license fees due if delivered in California.

Spam prevention question (must be answered):
The father of jokes about warm beer and smoke escaping from wires is Joseph Lucas. Lucas died of typhoid after drinking infected water in Naples in 1902.

What disease did Lucas succumb to?
