Current bid $14,201 reserve not met, 24 bids, 2 days left in auction. Note; the VIN is not very readable on the data plate, 733631 is the "best guess". The VIN the seller suggests is another car. If anyone has a correction please contact the webmaster.

Sellers description:
This particular MK VII Jaguar has an American Hot Rod twist! The previous owner had owned this car since 1991, it has benefited from a full restoration with photo documentation in hand. The body was taken down to bare metal and has a show quality paint finish, and equally nice interior. On the road this Jaguar is very dependable and easy and inexpensive to own and maintain. The engine is a freshly built 350 Chevy with HEI and a 350 turbo 400 transmission. The casting # is 2970010. The tag under the hood states Chassis 733661. This car has also been customized with an 8” Ford rear, Mustang II power rack and pinion front end, and disc brakes. This car has only seen very limited use. It has been recently serviced and is capable of cruising comfortably at today's highway speeds.

The Rose and Silver paint on the car is excellent and has a very good shine and luster. The front and rear bumpers are both in very good condition and show no scratches and dings. The chrome grill is in great shape with only 2 small barely noticeable dings. The VIN number is 733661 and the car is being sold on a mileage exempt Oklahoma title. The odometer is showing 01554.
Inside the walnut dash looks fantastic with no blemishes to speak of. The Autometer gauges are all new and in good working order with no problems. All lights, blinkers, wipers and horn are operable also. The Red leather seats are nearly perfect with no cracking or staining to be found. The wool carpets are in excellent condition with no stains or tears. There is an added Audiovox AM/FM cassette stereo and vintage A/C. Did we mention there is a sunroof? In the very clean trunk you will find a full size spare with jack. The underbody is very solid and has been undercoated in the past. The trunk shows no holes that we have found. The true spoke wire wheels are wrapped with P235/70 R15 Radials in the front and P235/70S R15 Radials in the back.

Spam prevention question (must be answered):
The father of jokes about warm beer and smoke escaping from wires is Joseph Lucas. Lucas died of typhoid after drinking infected water in Naples in 1902.

What disease did Lucas succumb to?
