* Rarely seen, top of the range Jaguar saloon
* Fabulous, original color scheme
* Accompanied by its Jaguar Daimler Heritage Certificate
* Grace, Space, Pace

This this rarely seen S-Type 3.8 was delivered new in the stunning colors it wears today, Opalescent Gunmetal over Dark Blue leather, in September of 1964. A home-market example in right hand drive, it was distributed through Rothwell & Milbourne of Malvern and sold new by Goodall & Son to its first owner with the registration number "BNO 864 B".

The early history of this Jaguar is not known, but it made its way stateside in the previous millennium and received a repaint in its original color several decades ago. Put away for about three decades, it was recently recommissioned. Showing just over 64,000 miles—a figure believed to be from new—it is wonderfully resplendent inside with its nicely preserved original interior and rich burl wood veneers. The perfect vehicle for tours with the whole family, it truly embodies Jaguar's old motto – Grace, Pace, Space.

Spam prevention question (must be answered):
The father of jokes about warm beer and smoke escaping from wires is Joseph Lucas. Lucas died of typhoid after drinking infected water in Naples in 1902.

What disease did Lucas succumb to?
