Ebay item 11/18/07
Brokenkitty.com) of Dallas kit is on Ebay now: Item 110192816750 until 11/19) and it's been sitting in a garage covered since 1985. It's a very basic car with some bondo on the rocker panels, on the passenger front wing, and a few minor other locations. When I began stripping/ sanding it, I discovered the remnants of a minor shunt to the passenger front fender (it was under bondo). It retains all of its original detail items such as the leaping Jaguar, the rear bumper disc brake shield, the instrument lucite instrument ID strip, the original Blaupunkt radio with voltage converter, all bonnet chrome trim, jack, spare wire wheel, driving lights, red parking light accents, extra windshield wiper motor and drive cable, the original lead knock-off mallet, original Coventry/Cooper air cleaner housing, and original gear shift knob(!) I replaced the oil pressure gauge with a non-Smith gauge. The wire wheels are very true. Included are 5 manuals: Jaguar Coventry Factory Service Manual, Jaguar Coventry Factory Spare Parts Catalogue ( this is virtually a Bible ... it has all the parts and how they fit together in an very understandable manner), Jaguar World Engine Overhaul/Carb Manual, Autopress Workshop Manual, and Haynes Owners Workshop Manual (2 copies). Sale is final. Pick-up and transportation from Ogden, Utah.

Spam prevention question (must be answered):
The father of jokes about warm beer and smoke escaping from wires is Joseph Lucas. Lucas died of typhoid after drinking infected water in Naples in 1902.

What disease did Lucas succumb to?
