Sellers description:
Listed is a 1962 Jaguar MkII sedan in nice original condition. This is a 4 speed with overdrive, right hand drive vehicle. Exterior is in nice condition with no dents or dings. Under side of car shows a small amount of repair for rust, but no major rust or holes. Car is solid underneath for the age. Paint is decent but does show some wear and flaws. Interior still sports all the original materials and carpets. Front seats are worn, Rear seat is in very nice condition. Wood is extremely nice with no flaws or water damage. Door panels are in nice condition as well. all the interior lights work as they should with the doors. All the gauges work. Tachometer is intermittant. Exterior chrome is in very nice unpitted conditon. Car runs and drives very well for its' age, shifting smoothly through all gears with the overdrive working correctly. Motor runs smoothly with no ticks or knocks. No noise from the transmission or differential. Carburators should be rebuilt as the acceleratore pumps are weak upon initial take-off. Brakes are relativley new with a brand new replacement servo unit installed. I believe the milage to be actual. The car has obviously been treated with adult care and certainly has been garaged for the majority of its' life. I just had the car out for a jaunt on the interstate crusing easily at 75 to 80 mph. Tires are old and should be replaced if the plan is to drive the car away. All numberrs match and are listed below.
