This is a very nice example of a 1962 Jaguar MK II 3.8 Sedan with 85,606 unknown miles on the odometer. She is finished in a rich Black paint with a complementary Red leather and wood interior; her spoked wheels are in great condition making the whole exterior look elegant and beautiful. Overall, this car is a great driver that runs and drives well.
This 1962 Jaguar MK II 3.8 Sedan has a replacement 3.8 liter motor - from a 1963 e-type Jaguar - coupled to her 4 Speed manual gearbox with Overdrive. This car is also equipped with a set of chrome wire wheels. This is a wonderful return to the 1960's when British performance cars were the envy of the world. This specific example is in very good condition with some work required on the interior to bring her up to spec. The wood needs to be refinished, the door panels could be upgraded and some of the leather interior needs refurbishing. The front seats have new leather on them. the car has a new stainless steel muffler system, rebuilt carbs and brakes that have recently been serviced. This car is a driver and could be driven everyday if desired and if in the right climate. The engine has plenty of power and the gear box is smooth and overall, it is just a joy to drive; the paint, the interior and the overall look is excellent.
