Selling this well kept 1957 Jaguar, Mark VIII, It is finished in dark blue with white coves. It was an older restoration that is still presentable today. The paint still shines nicely and the interior is nice. The wood is in good shape too. The picnic tables still function for your "grey poupon" moments. All the hubcaps are present and this Cat fires up and drives great. It has a large sunroof take allows you to take in the sunshine. The chrome still shines nicely. The rear bumper does have some flaking in the chrome. All the glass is intact and the gaps nice in doors and panels. Under the hood or bonnet as they call it across the pond, lives the 3.4 liter motor. It fires up and comes to a roar like any good cat should. If you have been searching for one to add to your collection, you know that there aren't many left, especially one that is well sorted and drives good. Selling this Mark VIII for a modest reserve to protect our investment. This Jaguar has been religiously serviced at Acme Automotive in Hayward, CA and Continental Motors in Berkeley, CA. Any and all inspections, welcome during the auction period, not after. Vehicle is a 59 year old vehicle and although looks and runs good, it is a used vehicle and not showroom fresh.
