1967 Jaguar Mk2 3.8-Litre - Manual
ESTIMATE: £16,000 - £20,000
Registration Number BHJ 131F

Chassis Number 235365DN

Body Colour Opalescent Golden Sand
Dating from 1967, this original UK-supplied Mk2 was distributed by Henlys of London and supplied new by Great Western Motors of Reading, Berkshire. It's understood to have subsequently spent a period in Japan before returning to the UK
Powered by Jaguar's celebrated 3.8-litre XK straight-six and fitted with a manual gearbox, without overdrive, together with power steering. Research undertaken by our vendor suggests that this car may be amongst the final 126 UK-manufactured examples
Attractively presented with a contrasting red leather interior. 93,199km indicated at the time cataloguing
Our vendor describes the restored interior as a particularly pleasant place to be, with the seats showing little sign of wear, a good headlining with no signs of sagging and well-presented woodwork throughout
Mechanical attention in November 2025 included a brake service with new front calipers and a full engine service incorporating fresh oil, filters and spark plugs. Invoices are present for a replacement fuel pump, master cylinder and fuel tank, although invoices relating to the other garage work have unfortunately been misplaced during a recent house move
The bodywork is described as generally presentable, although some cosmetic tidying would further enhance its appearance. A desirable 3.8-litre manual Mk2, combining one of Jaguar's most celebrated sporting saloons with the added usability of power steering and air conditioning
