1957 JAGUAR SPORT SALOON 2,4L (MKI) - NO RESERVE Châssis n° S 942389
This rare 2.4 litre Jaguar from 1957 with a manual box, LHD and standard disk wheels (called Mk I when the Mk II appears in 1959) is of French origin (see the importer's plate). It enjoyed a mechanical and body overhaul in 2005, with new paintwork in the original British racing green, new upholstery in tawny leather and redone wood trims. A minor shock on the front right wing is noted. The tyres are recent, the carburettors overhauled and the petrol tank has been treated for rust. Acquired by the seller in 2006, the vehicle has covered around 5,000 km since this date, cared for assiduously. It has its standard French registration.
