This superb Jaguar 420 four door saloon was supplied new by Hofmans of Halifax in 1968 and was owned by the local transport executive. The present owner and vendor bought the car in 1976 and it has only been used since then in Jaguar events whilst he was a member of the Jaguar Owners Clubs.
He purchased the car from a fellow member all that time ago and although he has spent thousands during his ownership in maintaining the car to its present standard he has never regretted one penny and is now only reluctantly selling his cherished car due to being made redundant.
The car has wire wheels and power steering and is described as being in very good condition throughout. It is tested until June next year and of course it is exempt from road fund duty.
A superb manual Jaguar with overdrive that can be used daily and one which has a superb provenance which includes the mileage which is confirmed as being only 85000 from new."
