Car at auction 1/23
angliacarauctions.co.uk/classic-auctions/2565-28-Jan-2023/793~3-1967-jaguar-420-auto
Auction description:
Saturday 28th & Sunday 29th January 2023
1967 JAGUAR 420 AUTO
Estimate: £7,000 - £9,000
V5 present
MoT exempt
Chassis number: A2F7438
This 1967 Jaguar was new in 1967 but sold in South Africa. It was imported back into the UK in 2002 and given an age-related registration number. The vendor reports that the car is ‘very solid, both in the body and underneath, with nice paint'. The odometer shows 93,900 miles and three registered keepers overall are shown on the V5C since coming to Britain. As an historic vehicle, the Jaguar no longer requires an annual MoT; its last was in October 2017 at 93,693 miles. The car comes with a V5C, a selection of MoTs back to 2011, some maintenance invoices and parts invoices, and the operating, maintenance and service handbook. There is a note in the history file to only fill the offside fuel tank, as the petrol pump is not working on the nearside one.
