Presented in British Racing Green with a contrasting tan leather interior trim gives this example a classic gentleman’s club combination. First registered on 12th January 1968, the previous keeper informed us that in the 90's this car was a regular at car shows and a multi concours winner. Boasting a manual gearbox and the iconic 4.2 litre Jaguar engine, one can well imagine the attraction for the infamous London gangster scene for which the Mk. X and 420G were famed along with many wealthy business owners of the 60’s. This car has had performance upgrades for the perfect getaway car including the head polished and larger jets giving it improved performance, our vendor tells us to keep up with modern cars.
This genuine right hand drive Jaguar is UK registered with a V5C registration document present. Offered without reserve, this 420 is expected to find an enthusiastic new owner who will once again enjoy the grace, space, and pace that these Jaguars are so capable of delivering.
