Ebay item 9/4/18 www.catzauto.com. This particular car P1F/26961BW which is a Jaguar 420 powered by a 4.2 XK engine with power steering, left-hand drive, air conditioning and a Borg Warner automatic transmission. This Jaguar 420 was number 1318 out of 1508 vehicles manufactured during 1967 in the United Kingdom. The doors, fenders, hood, boot are solid and everything fits very nicely. The outer rockers and lower rear fenders are somewhat rusty, but it comes with new replacement sheet metal and 2 restored fuel takes which is a $2,000.00 value. The paint appears to be very old so any really bad rust issues would be obviously apparent. The engine seems all intact and turned over freely by hand. The oil inside was clean with no water and there was antifreeze in the block lower section so I do not think the block is cracked from freezing. The interior appears to be original and has an original (as used in XKE) Blaupunkt radio which is a $800.00 value. This is a very straight, salvageable, unmolested Jaguar with the very desirable automatic transmission with speed hold and factory A/C that does not deserve to be crushed. It is not too often that I find cars that haven't been parted out or rusted away. It will make a nice project for someone as-is and being auctioned at no reserve. This car comes with a clean Ohio title in the sellers name and will be sold with a bill of sale from a registered dealer's license from Ohio.
