Sellers description:
1967 Jaguar 420 Saloon that is a good candidate for restoration. It is also a good source of parts for another classic Jaguar restoration project. Many items on this car are the same as found on the E-Type. The engine is a 4.2 L Double overhead cam Six cylinder, and the transmission is Borg Warner, Model 65. In 1993, this car was taken out of storage and put in road-worthy condition. The left fuel tank was cleaned, the carburettors were cleaned and renewed, and a new hose kit was installed. It was then returned to storage and has been off the road since. The engine currently runs surprisingly well, and the car is solid underneath. For restoration, the car needs interior, body and paint work. It is very complete, as seen in the photographs.
