This is a very good condition, daily driver... last year for this model. I've owned it 15 years and put 30,000 miles on completely rebuilt engine and bare metal restoration. Work done includes recored radiator, rebuilt PS pump, exhaust, All bushes/mounts relaced, carbs rebuilt, negative ground conversion, spin-on filter conversion, brakes stainless sleeved and completely rebuilt, new servo, Pertronix ignition, limited-slip rear end (original replaced), KYB shocks, 90% chrome replaced/redone, wood reveneered, carpets, furflex, headliner, boot done. Receipts for over $20,000 in parts. Shop manual/Jag books, some spares (4 wheels). The car drives beautifully, steering is precise (upgraded pins, new universals and balljoints)----brakes are perfect (and emergency linkage (including new calipers) completely renewed. There is a wear section on the driver's armrest and a small tear on the seat. Based on Kelley, I have set the reserve $3000 below condition 2 examples. Good luck---you will not be disappointed.
