Car offered here (from craigslist)
bringatrailer.com/2016/01/19/partially-restored-1967-jaguar-mkii-3-8-4-speed/

Sellers description;
This 1967 Jaguar MkII (chassis P181022) has been cosmetically restored and runs a non-original but correct 3.8 liter XK six. A 4-speed manual car, the factory fitted engine and transmission are included along with some other original parts. Said to run beautifully and sound excellent, the seller adds that it's ready to be driven anywhere. Find it here on Craigslist in Owings Mills, Maryland for $26,930.

This non-factory Honey Beige respray is very similar to the car's original Valentine Beige, while chrome bumpers, window trim, and light housings all appear to be in nice shape. Lucas fog lamps frame the grille nicely, and the seller says that there's no rust. We might have chosen a different color, but have to admit that this color works better here than on more modern, less visually interesting machines. A new stainless exhaust is mentioned, and slash-cut twin pipes are just perfect-they should also emit one of the all-time great six cylinder soundtracks.

The interior looks like leather but is actually Ambla, a vinyl-based material invented by Jaguar. It's said to be original and appears to be holding up very well, alongside door panels and carpets. The tall, refurbished walnut dashboard houses handsome gauges and toggle switches, but is said to still require some attention on top. The heater unit is currently uninstalled but two are included with the sale.

The 3.8 liter has been rebuilt with an E-type crossflow head and performance cams, though mileage since completion isn't mentioned. The 4-speed transmission has been rebuilt with new synchros also. The 3.54:1 limited-slip rear end is a good pairing with overdrive, and though in need of a new solenoid, it sounds like this will be taken care of prior to sale. Both suspension and brakes have been gone through as well, and the car now runs an unspecified Ford power steering rack.

Though we'd have gone for a different color and possibly even a 4.2, it's still a nice MkII with a 4-speed-an excellent combination in any color.

Ebay item 5/31/18
www.ebay.com/itm/1967-Jaguar-Mark-2/142815096008
Opening bid US $15,500 reserve not met no bids 9 days left in auction, seller markraspi, 87k miles, car now said to be in Forest Hill, Maryland.

Sellers description:
1967 Jaguar Mark 2. This car has a very solid, rust free body, and very nice paint. At some point, it was outfitted with a 3.8 E Type engine, # RA 1053-9. This engine is in excellent condition, fires up instanly, runs smoothly with good oil pressure. Carburation is by twin HD8 2 inch SU`s. Other mods. include rack and pinion steering, Fosseway front calipers and rotors,and Koni front shocks. The interior has very nice wood. The leather and vinyl upholstry appear to be original and show some wear. It has an original Blaupunkt radio, heater assembly comes with the car but is not currently installed. We have some paperwork covering ownership dating back to its first owner. And we also have its Heritage Certificate.
We feel this car is priced fairly based on today's market value and the car's current condition.
