Overview
A late model dating from 1970, finished in Warwick grey with red leather trim, this 420G would appear to be a good sound example of the marque to original specification. In the present ownership for the past fourteen years, the car is reported to have been the subject of extensive mechanical refurbishment around fifteen years ago, which included the engine being rebuilt and fitment of a new 3.54:1 Powr-Lok differential. The automatic transmission was overhauled and XJ-type rear brakes fitted. Whilst in the current ownership the car has been used for family holidays to the South of France and has proved ideal for long distance touring proving totally reliable. It is described as being in good mechanical order in all respects and is offered for sale due to the owner’s reduction of his collection.

An MOT certificate valid until January 2007 is provided, along with a Swansea registration document.s
