The vendor believes 'AOO 200G' to have benefited from an earlier, high quality restoration and has continued the improvements since purchasing this very tidy 420G in July 2011. The paintwork and front seats have been lightly refurbished; the brightwork rechromed as required; the rear brakes overhauled; the electrics checked by an auto electrician; the carburettors overhauled; the radiator, hoses and door rubbers renewed, and the underside of the body Waxoyled. The woodwork and boot lining are thought to be original and unrestored, the accompanying MOTs suggest the indicated mileage to be correct, and the tool roll is complete. 'AOO 200G' (the eye-catching number is original) comes complete with DVLA report, Heritage Certificate, service manual and sundry invoices and receipts. The vendor, the Jaguar's sixth keeper, informs us the car is "driving well with no known issues, has good oil pressure and is in well above average condition". It comes with a fresh MOT and is taxed into November.
PLEASE NOTE: This lot was manufactured in 1968 (and not 1966 as listed in the printed catalogue)
