Car returns to ebay 5/13/23
Car has a buy it now price of $74,999 for 29 days, seller jenfortune, 54k miles, car now in Niceville, Florida, previously Adger, Alabama.
Seller's description:
Selling my 1961 Jaguar Mark IX salon car. Stunning example of luxury and auto art in a tight package. Recently restored inside and out, finished in a 2 tone, Iris Mist pearl and white with a wine colored and wood interior. The chrome has been replated to show finish. This is a LEFT hand driver (usa) "Saloon" car that starts right up, drives shifts and stops as it should and has been well taken care of and represents very well for the low mileage of 55k. It sports the larger of the engines available at the time (3.8L) This car has many interesting features and luxuries such as twin gas tanks, sunroof, 4 wheel disk brakes, power steering, rear seat tray tables etc. It is very easy to drive, does not run hot at all and has been a very reliable driver. Other things to note the rpm gauge and wiper fluid do not function at this time and the steering box has a very small leak. Everything else works on the car, lights, dash, switches, locks, wipers, E brake, horn etc. This car is a stunner and is like new!! It is not perfect however because it is over 60 years old.
