I have owned this 1960 Jaguar Mark IX for 14 years and have used it as a Sunday driver. It won "Major's Choice" several years ago at our local yearly downtown classic car show. The car was originally blue, but had been repainted white prior to my purchase. Original blue leather interior, wool carpeting and wood trim are in very good original condition. Master brake cylinder and brake system have been rebuilt. Has had a recent tuneup that included new distributor and spark plug wires. Radiator and fuel tanks have been rebuilt. Car has new wide whitewall tires. Original AM radio works as well as all lights. Car needs driver side fuel lid cover (see picture). Right side fuel pump needs to be rebuilt. Car comes with spare engine (needs assembly) and spare parts. Sunroof is original factory installed. My intention was to repaint the car to original Jaguar blue, but am moving south so need to divest some of the toys. Car has been garage stored.

Spam prevention question (must be answered):
The father of jokes about warm beer and smoke escaping from wires is Joseph Lucas. Lucas died of typhoid after drinking infected water in Naples in 1902.

What disease did Lucas succumb to?
