This Jaguar MK VIII was sold new in Sweden and was delivered on the 31st of December 1957 to its first owner. It went through a restoration during the 1980s with well-known Swedish collector Axel Strand in Örkelljunga who had a little private museum. Mechanics were restored as well as the bodywork and the paint. When the current owner bought the car in 2009 it had just received two new bumpers and hub-caps. It has been driven about 500 kilometers per year since then and always been stored indoors. During 2015 all the fluids have been changed as well as the brake hoses. It is currently road registered, taxed and insured and is ready to go and take part in rallies and events all over Europe with its next owner.
