Ebay item 5/18/07 cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/Jaguar-NO-RESERVE-210-HP-1957-JAGUAR-MARK-VIIIM-SALOON-N ...
Current bid $3,001, no reserve, 13 bids, 8 days left in auction.
Sellers description:
The Jag is mostly original but the owner suspects the car has been repainted at some point in its life, but is not sure. However, by the stickers of the Jaguar car clubs on the back and side windows it appears the car is mostly original. The chrome and trim is actually still in pretty good shape considering its age, particularly the lengendary Jaguar grill. It appears that the trim is all in tact and looks to be in good original shape. The Jaguar has been stored for the last 10 years or so. As well the body looks to be in good original shape with good fit along the doors, hood and trunk. The paint is in fair condition all in all with typical chips and blemishes. The hubcaps are all in place and look to be original. The undercarriage has typical corrosion for its age. The Jaguar once belonged to the Atlanta, Gerogia Jaguar Society but the history of the car is unknown. The Jaguar overall is an all original car showing wear, great collector car that shows strong values, fantastic for restoration or with some TLC a regular cruiser.
