    Engine DOHC 3.4 liter

Jaguar 1953 MK VII - Unrestored condition. Sound Body with no door dings. Showing 44,817 miles on the odometer. Known as the worlds first "Sports Sedan" with the same engine as the XK-120.

Engine runs excellent. 50 lbs oil pressure. Does not burn oil. Has been sitting in a barn for many years. License plates are Idaho 1963. I bought it from a gentleman who found it in a barn in Idaho and drove it to Washington about 6 years ago. It has not been driven since. Clean title and now licensed in Washington state.

Needs restoration. Leather front seats in poor condition, back seats are good. One rip in the leather.

Has sun roof and what appears to be the original spare tire in the trunk.

Has superficial rust but no rust through. Before storing it in the Barn, a previous owner painted it in primer and that has protected the body. Chrome is not good in some areas but pretty good in others.

Spam prevention question (must be answered):
The father of jokes about warm beer and smoke escaping from wires is Joseph Lucas. Lucas died of typhoid after drinking infected water in Naples in 1902.

What disease did Lucas succumb to?
