Was purchased by a Tasmanian Supreme Court barrister who went on to become Deputy Premier of Tasmania - Sir Max Bingham. He owned it until the '90's.

The car was built in 1949 and delivered to Brylaw Motors in Melbourne. it was purchased in 1950 in Tasmania and has belonged to Hobart yachting identity and businessman, Hugh Garnham to 1965 when it was purchased by the now Sir Max Bingham, eminent Tasmanian jurist and politician (one time Deputy Premier of Tasmania). It was bought from him in 1994 and languished in a garage until 2008. It is now on the road and turning heads.
