Car offered at:
www.automotiverestorations.com/autosforsale/1962-Jaguar-MK-X.pdf
Sellers description:
Luxuriously opulent, this majestic vehicle still holds the record as Britain's widest car.
Though physically fit in finish and body, this example could use some interior reconditioning.
The DS420 was produced until 1992 and was utilized in various countries in both official
capacities, as well as by funeral homes as a hearse vehicle.
Specifically, this example has been in hibernation for the last 5 years. The car requires
some minor sorting and interior reconditioning. The body is very strait and all gaps area
as they should be. The exterior finishes are in good condition. This is a chance to own
some Jaguar history.

Car sold at Market Bonhams, $9,600. Sold as a "static display for years" car - which I think means it either doesn't run, or nobody tested it to see. Sure hope it gets some love.
