1962 Jaguar MK2 Wabasto Sunroof - RARE
Body was stripped to bare metal - etched primer original colors - matching numbers.
Won "Driven Salon Class" last September for JCNA Local Club Concours d' Elegance. 2 pt. deduct for red line tires and motolito steering wheel.
New brakes, fuel tank, lines and pump, water pump, flex fan, brake servo, exhaust system, 5 Dayton wire wheels and knock-offs, Wilton carpets, all wood perfect, sunroof and headliner cut and sewn by Peter Harvey in Canterbury England.
All wiring and lighting 100%, chrome replaced at bumpers, tail and plate lights. All other chrome very good condition. Correct Blaupunkt AM/FM SW with seeking "crown" feature.
Seats all original, Great patina, all other panels replaced by "BAS". Matching Locks and Ignition.
Full original tool kit included, 100% Rust-free car. Passenger doors and rocker with B-C Pillar replaced from accident. Replacements were Original White as well. Runs cool and strong, no smoke, rear seal leaks some, PSI cold is 50 and Idle 20, runs at 35/40 PSI. Transmission rebuilt in 2005. Originally a California car.
