Seller's description:
This is a 1961 Jaguar MKII with the 3.8 engine and 4-speed transmission with overdrive. This car was stored indoors for 40+ years with a broken timing chain. Left front fender damage, with a few other small parking lot dents. Engine recently had a complete rebuild. Engine was rotated to establish oil pressure, but has not been run. Some finish work is left to be done under the hood. Needs exhaust manifold hooked up, radiator/cooling hooked up, carburetor and fuel system finalized, etc. Undercarriage on this car is very good condition, untouched, no rust, no junk. Interior is rough but original and complete. Headliner and convertible top has not been touched in years. Body is very solid and rust-free. Trunk lid has small rust issue near the bottom. Rear windshield needs rubber and chrome trim. Has original jack, toolkit, and spare. Also have complete front and rear suspension for wire wheel conversion, and wire wheels included. Poor health won't allow me to finish the car, sorry to show it in this condition. It'll make a fine car with a little care and elbow grease.
