Lot 373: 1968 Jaguar Mk2 3.4-Litre Saloon
Goodwood Festival of Speed, Bonhams (22nd June 2007)
A desirable manual/overdrive-equipped example (although presumably one that started life with automatic transmission, as indicated by the �BW� chassis number suffix), this 3.4-litre Mk2 has been in the vendor�s possession since 1990 and was used as a daily driver until two years ago. The car comes with numerous invoices for work undertaken during his ownership, including an engine rebuild and unleaded conversion, power steering conversion, alternator electrics and new disc brakes (invoices available). In addition, an anti-theft cut-out and CD player have been fitted, while the original radio is included in the sale. Offered with sundry bills, current road fund licence/MoT and Swansea V5 registration document.
