We are advised that this late entered 1969 Jaguar 240 saloon has been with its present private owner since 1988 making his ownership last a total of thirteen years.
It has covered a genuine 52000 miles from new and indeed has only completed a mere 3000 in the last thirteen years. We are informed that it has been maintained regardless to cost and to the highest standard and it is corrosion free and it has the sports wire wheels for that finishing touch.
Always a great cat to use and drive and this we are sure is a very nice example of this much loved classic.

Spam prevention question (must be answered):
The father of jokes about warm beer and smoke escaping from wires is Joseph Lucas. Lucas died of typhoid after drinking infected water in Naples in 1902.

What disease did Lucas succumb to?
