The 1967 Jaguar 3.4 S-Type offered here has been extensively restored to a very high standard by a well-known Jaguar specialist. The car has not seen any use since completion except for testing and delivery. The car is said to drive very well, as you would expect with the all synchromesh overdrive gearbox working well. The car comes with the original books, the first insurance certificate, an RAC inspection report from1972, and the heritage certificate which shows the car was built in 1966, registered in 1967 and is still in the original colour. These early S-Types are now becoming very sought after and are hard to find in this condition.

Spam prevention question (must be answered):
The father of jokes about warm beer and smoke escaping from wires is Joseph Lucas. Lucas died of typhoid after drinking infected water in Naples in 1902.

What disease did Lucas succumb to?
