www.barons-auctions.com/details.php

Lot No: 2
Daimler
Model 2.5 V8
First Registered 1967
Registration No PGU907E
Engine No TBA
Chassis No 1A12302 BW
MOT None
Colour Midnight Blue

The vendor states that this car is a1967 Daimler 2.5 litre V8, not the 250 model. It is Dark Blue with Grey Leather interior, grey headlining and blue carpets. It is the Wide Bumper model and has body coloured steel wheels with Daimler hub caps. Body condition is said to be average, but new spats have been fitted. There is a large history file. The car was stood up for 8 years prior to vendors ownership and has been in his possession for 6 years, and not used. There is no Mot but the engine runs, the auto box is good, and brakes are good, although the servo is disconnected, The electrics are good, and a new water pump was fitted in March 2015., along with new rear brake pads. Leather seats need to be refurbished as does the internal wood, except for dashboard.

Guide Price: £4000 to £5500

What disease did Lucas succumb to?
