Details
Offered here is the later V8 250, which were re-titled when the 240/340 Jaguar replaced the MKII. This example has benefited from a major restoration in 2003, when it was the subject of a bare metal repaint, full engine rebuild, rebuilt rear axle, rebuilt overdrive, fully retrimmed interior, refurbished interior wood, Koni classic dampers and Harvey Bailey anti roll bars, front and rear, Coopercraft brakes and wire wheels fitted. The car has been used sparingly during the intervening period and is presented in outstanding condition.

Finished in immaculate metallic claret with stone leather and thick pile Wilton carpet, the car sits on chrome wire wheels and is equipped with a four speed manual transmission, which is equipped with overdrive.

A beautifully presented Daimler V8 250, which represents outstanding value for money.

Estimate £7500-8500

Spam prevention question (must be answered):
The father of jokes about warm beer and smoke escaping from wires is Joseph Lucas. Lucas died of typhoid after drinking infected water in Naples in 1902.

What disease did Lucas succumb to?
