Ebay item 8/15/12 cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/White-Mark-II-Mark-2-MK2-e-type-XKE-3-4-liter-4-spd-Over ...
Current bid $7,900 reserve not met, 8 bids 5 days left in auction.
Sellers description:
This is a 1963 Mk II Jaguar with only 18,700 miles on the odometer. This car is finished in its original Cream colored paint with a beautiful Red Leather interior; all this is complemented by a stunning set of chrome spoke wheels. This vehicle is in excellent condition and the total package makes it a truly attractive car.
This 1963 Mk II Jaguar comes with its numbers matching 3.4 liter engine coupled to a 4 speed manual transmission with overdrive. We are not sure of the actual miles, however, the car was in storage for 20+ years before we brought it back to life (over the past three months) and the general condition of this vehicle and its interior, would not seem to be consistent with that of a car driven an additional 100,000 miles. The car runs and drives perfectly, the engine is strong, the clutch and gearbox operate as they should and the brakes are good also. Although we rebuilt the carburetors in the wake up process, we would recommend that an SU Carburetor expert give the carbs a proper tune up.
The interior leather is in fantastic condition and the interior trim is finished in walnut and comes with the walnut picnic tables in the back of the front seats; the carpets are also in great shape. We welcome you to come and see the car for yourself. If you love the Jaguar Mk II, then there is no reason why you should let this car pass you by, they don't get much better than this at this price!
