Ebay item 7/4/08
cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAPI.dll
Opening bid $1,000, no bids yet, 5 days left in auction. Buy it now price $1,750.

Sellers description:
I acquired this Jag not too long ago but things have come up and I need to sell this beauty. The car does not run and needs to be restored. I have done a little work with the car mechanically and believe the starter is bad and needs to be replaced. Also I believe the clutch plate is froze and needs to be freed due to the car sitting in storage for ten years prior to me purchasing it. Otherwise, mechanically I don't think there is anything else wrong or that would need to be done to get the car up and running. There is some rust on the car but isn't too major for its age. The original miles on the car are 56,138. There has only been two owners of the vehicle. It was manufactured in England and exported to Germany and is a right hand drive manual 3.4L V6.

Spam prevention question (must be answered):
The father of jokes about warm beer and smoke escaping from wires is Joseph Lucas. Lucas died of typhoid after drinking infected water in Naples in 1902.

What disease did Lucas succumb to?
