The 1961 Jaguar MK II 3.4 Manual offered here is described by the vendor as a very original and sound example of this iconic saloon, that drives very well with a working overdrive for comfortable motorway cruising. The interior is also very original with the only non-original item being the replacement front seat leather. The car was purchased by the vendor in July 2015 at a Barons auction, and it has been fastidiously maintained ever since with a folder of invoices and old MoTs whilst in his ownership. There is a workshop manual with the car with notes inside made by the previous keeper. When previously sold by Barons, the car was said to be one family owned, which included their companies and then the family members. The Buff logbook is supplied which appears to verify this.

What disease did Lucas succumb to?
