    3.4 chassis number 3 was offered for sale in Jag Mag issue 127 in late 2006 on page 2. Build date claimed to be August 18 1959. The car was in concours condition but only about 95 % complete due to the death of the owner. Claimed to have original engine, gearbox, body etc.

    Also advertised for sale in Jaguar Magazine #140 approx. date November 2008, page 10. Claimed to be the third Mk 2 built (presumably this should have related to rhd cars only). Also claimed to have been shown "at the Mk2's debut in London, then exported to Brysons Industries in Sydney. It spent all of its active life in Sydney". Thereafter restored in the hands Geoff Widdicombe. Picture of ID plate included.
