Ebay item 5/25/16
www.ebay.com/itm/222128788754
Opening bid US $5,000 reserve not met no bids 6 days left in auction. Seller h-stust-oglcpd, 89k miles.
Sellers description:
Original unrestored condition. 2.4 economical straight six engine. Recent engine, brakes and running gear overhaul. New Fuel tank. Not perfect but an excellent running classic. Odometer has been round at least once maybe twice so could be 189,000 or 289,000. Needs new alternator fitted which I have ready to be fitted along with new voltage regulator and sump seal. Grey with red leather interior. Front seats were renewed about ten years ago. Rear seats, interior trim and dashboard refurbishment would be on my list of next renovation projects along with other interior renovation and bodywork to eliminate some rust bubbles. I had Power steering fitted which is not an original standard. I have various spares also available which could be included or sold separately including complete new wood dash, dash center instrument panel, several instruments and other items. This car was my late Father's RHD car which I brought to California from England several years ago. It has always been carefully maintained but is not pristine and needs work if you want it perfect. California special plate "1966 Mk 2". Car can be used as it is or could be fully restored if you want a perfect car and have the time or money but you can enjoy it is as it is and do it gradually as I have been doing. This is an enthusiasts classic.
