Auction description:
Saturday 4th & Sunday 5th November
1958 JAGUAR MK VIII
Estimate: £8,000 - £10,000
V5 present
MoT exempt
Chassis number: 762523BW
This 1958 Jaguar MKVIII has been owned by the vendor for eight years and remarkably shows just one previous keeper to this. The vendor advises that the 3.4 litre vehicle benefits from a re-trimmed interior to include seats, headlining and carpet.
Amongst the documents is the Heritage certificate showing it was distributed to Henlys London in it's previous colour of Cornish grey over grey mist. Also included is the V5C, an invoice for a new battery in September last year, and further invoicing which mostly relates to the interior work carried out. Whilst in storage at ACA, it was noted that there was a leak of gearbox fluid and the vehicle will require some recommissioning by the purchaser before it is used.
